problem downloading apps after jailbreak

Hi all,

I've restored and jailbroke my itouch a coulple times buecause for some reason, i can download apps after the jailbreak. I have the installer icon and the zibri icon on my itouch. Problem is if i attempt to download an app i keep getting "ERROR Package download failed"! What am i doing wrong?? Please HELP!!!

Sean...can you see any web pages when you open the web browser?
